You bridge Product Owners and engineering teams, translating business requirements into technical specifications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirement gathering and prioritization sessions with Product Owners.
• Decompose high-level epics and features into user stories with testable acceptance criteria.
• Produce system specifications and maintain API/microservice documentation, including request/response details.
• Maintain and review the product backlog regularly.
• Use Postman to test endpoints and capture data for documentation.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of overall professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
• 4+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proficiency with Postman for endpoint testing.
• Strong understanding of REST, JSON, and XML.
• Hands-on experience with Relational Databases.
• Proficiency with Jira and Agile methodologies.
• Ability to interpret complex system designs.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of the Telecom domain.
