Description

You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution within a complex data environment.

Responsibilities

• Document business and functional requirements, including workflows, business rules, and use cases.
• Catalog datasets, maintain data dictionaries, and manage data quality controls using Collibra and Collibra-Owl.
• Identify causes of data quality degradation and collaborate with data owners and technology teams to remediate issues.
• Create documentation for data lineage and data governance frameworks.
• Work with developers to define application infrastructure and assist QA with refining test plans and cases.
• Perform root cause analysis on data issues and conduct impact assessments on critical processes.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in a large banking or major consulting organization in a data or business analyst role.
• Strong SQL and database skills for data-focused analysis.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks, specifically Scrum or Kanban.
• Proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, MS Project, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to translate customer business needs into application and operational requirements.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
