You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution within a data-centric environment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document business and functional requirements, including workflows, business rules, and use cases.
• Maintain data dictionaries and manage data quality controls using Collibra and Collibra-Owl.
• Create documentation for data lineage and data governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with developers to define application infrastructure and assist QA with refining test plans and test cases.
• Perform root cause analysis on data issues resulting from control breaks and conduct impact assessments.

Required Skills

• 5-7 years of experience in a large complex banking or major consulting organization in a data or business analyst role.
• Advanced SQL skills for database-focused work and complex querying.
• Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, MS Project, Visio, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Practical experience working within Agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
• Strong analytical skills to translate customer business needs into operational requirements.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work independently.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in financial services, specifically banking or compliance technology.
• Ability to investigate and solve technical problems within production application contexts.
