Description

You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution by translating complex needs into actionable development tasks.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed technical user stories and work items to support on and offshore development teams.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to determine and document detailed requirements within a business context.
• Drive development by working closely with remote developer teams.
• Manage multiple tasks and context-switch between different items throughout the day.
• Navigate limited documentation to proactively resolve blockers and find solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a technical role with a focus on requirements analysis.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, including Azure Boards, Azure Pipelines, and Git.
• Practical understanding of code branching and code management processes.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks, specifically Kanban.
• Ability to articulate technical requirements clearly to both business and engineering teams.
• Strong critical thinking and strategic mindset.
• Proven ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience managing requirements for distributed/offshore teams.
