Translate complex business requirements into actionable technical tasks for development teams.

Responsibilities

• Write detailed technical user stories and work items for onshore and offshore teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to document requirements within the business context.
• Drive development by coordinating closely with remote engineering teams.
• Proactively resolve blockers and navigate limited documentation to find solutions.
• Manage multiple tasks and context-switch efficiently throughout the day.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a technical role focused on requirements analysis.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, including Azure Boards, Azure Pipelines, and Git.
• Practical understanding of code branching and code management processes.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks, specifically Kanban.
• Ability to articulate technical requirements clearly to business and engineering teams.
• Strong critical thinking and strategic mindset.
• Proven ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion.

Preferred Skills

• Direct experience managing requirements for distributed or offshore teams.
