Bridge the gap between business operations and technology teams to support large-scale transformation projects in the healthcare payer industry.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Gather and refine business requirements while documenting detailed technical specifications for delivery teams.
• Partner with Program Managers and delivery teams to identify implementation tasks and schedule data deliverables.
• Validate new requirements against existing project sets to assess impact and manage gatekeeping.
• Collaborate with QA teams to provide necessary documentation for testing strategies and plan execution.
• Coordinate with Transformation Project Owners to compile weekly metrics reporting and resolve requirement roadblocks.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business or Solutions Analyst.
• Healthcare payer industry background.
• Strong expertise in data mapping, applications, and integration analysis.
• Proven ability to perform business requirement analysis and technical documentation.
• Experience with data visualization and technical landscape analysis.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives and meet critical deadlines.
• Strong facilitation, observational, and verbal/written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps and JIRA.
