Description

Requirements:

• Strong BA expertise, preferably in Banking & Financial Services
• Techno-functional experience with enterprise applications
• Knowledge of Open Systems architecture
• Working knowledge of Java and Cloud technologies
• Experience with requirements gathering, process analysis, user stories, testing support, and stakeholder management
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
• Translate business needs into technical solutions and user stories
• Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and process optimization
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to drive solution delivery
• Support testing, validation, and issue resolution activities
• Create and maintain functional and technical documentation

Preferred Certifications:

• CBAP or equivalent BA certification
