Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and vice versa.
• Gather user requirements and document business rules, workflows, and processes.
• Evaluate, re-engineer, and document business processes to resolve issues.
• Create test plans and provide production support for the development team.
• Research and validate facts related to solution development.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with IT technologies, architecture, and data center operations.
• 3+ years of experience with solutions development methodologies and industry requirements.
• 2+ years of proficiency in SQL for querying databases and mapping data flow.
• 2+ years of experience working within SCRUM/Agile methodologies.
• 2+ years of experience with the application development lifecycle.
• 2+ years of experience evaluating and documenting business processes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical translation.

Preferred Skills

• 2+ years of experience with Azure DevOps.
• 2+ years of experience with AASHTOWare Project (AWP), specifically the CRL module.
• 2+ years of experience with NC DOT Construction business processes, including Certified Payroll and compliance.
