Description

You will perform technical business and systems analysis to assess new intakes against enterprise architecture and lead the delivery of business solutions.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Document business cases and translate business drivers and pain points into technical specifications and solution designs.
• Automate manual processes and develop metrics for transparency.
• Design and develop dashboards, scorecards, charts, and reporting systems.
• Support business users with dashboard development, troubleshooting, and data source updates.
• Author context diagrams, data flow diagrams, and business process diagrams.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of IT experience in data analysis, data management, and report development.
• 6+ years of Microsoft Power BI development.
• 6+ years of Microsoft Power Automate experience.
• 6+ years of MS Office applications including Visio.
• 5+ years of experience working in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Forms, populating SharePoint lists, and creating attachments.
• Proven ability to create visualizations, pivot tables, and reports.
• Strong capability in cost and effort estimation for technical solutions.

Preferred Skills

• Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) certification.
• IT Project Management experience.
