This role bridges business needs and technical implementation, owning the full lifecycle from requirements gathering to system optimization and support.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define business goals and translate them into detailed technical specifications for engineering teams.
• Analyze existing systems, data flows, and APIs to identify constraints and workflow improvements.
• Collaborate with IT, product, and QA stakeholders to validate functionality and support Agile ceremonies.
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure system performance and data accuracy.
• Lead project planning, change management, and compliance documentation for new system implementations.

Required Skills

• 10-14+ years of experience in multiple projects, covering end-to-end delivery from requirements to implementation.
• Strong technical knowledge of C#, ASP.NET 4.5, and .NET technologies.
• Experience with Cloud DevOps, including Azure Function Apps, Azure Data Factory, and Azure DevOps.
• Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server 2019.
• Deep understanding of the HR domain, specifically Payroll, Employee Verification, Labor Standards, Time Attendance, and Gratuity.
• Experience with Workday integration and large-scale enterprise engagements.
• Ability to support development and support cycles, including monitoring jobs and user stories.
