Description

You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation for government healthcare clients, owning the analysis, coordination, and quality assurance lifecycle.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Analyze complex business requirements and translate them into clear technical specifications for development teams.
• Coordinate project tasks across multiple teams and manage concurrent workstreams to ensure timely delivery.
• Execute software quality assurance testing and validate solutions against defined business rules.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain project documentation using Azure DevOps Server.
• Communicate technical constraints and business concepts clearly to stakeholders through written reports and oral presentations.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 13+ years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, or software quality assurance.
• Proficiency with SQL for data extraction and validation.
• Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Server (formerly TFS) for backlog and work item management.
• Strong command of Agile methodologies and project coordination practices.
• Advanced data analysis skills, including Excel Pivot Tables and general analytical reasoning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interpret user requests accurately.

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working on-site with government clients.
• Domain knowledge in Health Care IT systems.
• Familiarity with visualization software like Tableau or D3.
