You will bridge business requirements with technical delivery, facilitating Agile processes while analyzing and documenting complex system needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements, translating them into user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows.
• Partner with product managers, architects, developers, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle to ensure solution accuracy.
• Analyze current-state processes to identify opportunities for automation, efficiency, and client experience improvements.
• Support production implementation, issue triage, and post-launch validation while ensuring compliance with governance and security standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in technical business analysis or Scrum Master roles.
• Deep understanding of Agile, Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile frameworks.
• Strong facilitation and conflict resolution skills for stakeholder management.
• Experience with Agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Payment domain knowledge.
• Ability to perform data analysis, validation, and reconciliation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with UAT facilitation.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
