Description

You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical development teams to drive software requirements and process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for the development team.
• Develop use cases, workflow diagrams, and data models to support project requirements.
• Facilitate communication between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment.
• Analyze existing business processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a software development environment.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Experience with business process modeling using BPMN.
• Ability to perform requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
• Understanding of API integrations and web technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
