You will deliver complex technical changes and data migrations for credit card products.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex data conversion and migration outcomes, specifically card migrations.
• Apply Agile methodologies within SCRUM teams to drive technical delivery.
• Engage stakeholders at varying levels to define requirements and ensure business alignment.
• Map credit card lifecycles and processes to support system changes.
• Leverage understanding of DevOps and Cloud Technologies to bridge technical and business gaps.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Deep expertise in the credit cards domain and card lifecycle.
• Proven track record delivering complex data migration projects.
• Strong command of SCRUM and Agile frameworks.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of DevOps principles and Cloud Technologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
