Description

Lead system and data analysis for application development initiatives in the financial sector.

Responsibilities

• Conduct system and data analysis to support application development and integration.
• Author Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and system flow diagrams.
• Manage project backlogs, enhancement requests, and deliverables using JIRA.
• Perform impact analysis for existing systems and downstream data flows.
• Guide mid-level analysts and developers, allocating tasks and providing mentorship.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, including complex analytical queries.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong project management and leadership skills within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Demonstrated ability to write BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and test cases.
• Experience conducting system integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience in the financial industry, preferably with market data domain expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Python for data analysis.
