Description

Lead system and data analysis for application development initiatives in the financial sector. You will own requirement documentation, manage project backlogs, and guide technical teams through Agile cycles. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Conduct system and data analysis to support application development and integration.
• Author Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), and system flow diagrams.
• Manage project backlogs, enhancement requests, and deliverables using JIRA.
• Perform impact analysis for existing systems and downstream data flows.
• Guide mid-level analysts and developers, allocating tasks and providing mentorship.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with SQL, including complex analytical queries.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.
• Strong project management and leadership skills within Agile/Scrum environments.
• Proven ability to write BRDs, FRDs, use cases, and test cases.
• Experience conducting system integration testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Experience in the financial industry, preferably with market data domain expertise.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in Python for data analysis.
