Description

Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation within a data warehousing environment.

Responsibilities

• Gather requirements and engage with customers, section managers, and subject matter experts to design implementation approaches.
• Develop detailed technical documentation and solution designs to communicate clearly with technical SMEs.
• Collaborate with Data Warehouse, DBA, and BI teams to ensure data models comply with organizational standards.
• Create processes and procedures for Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence infrastructure.
• Identify and implement business process improvements that deliver tangible value.

Required Skills

• Experience with data warehousing design, development, architecture standards, and methodology.
• Proficiency in Oracle (18+) data warehousing development and database programming using SQL, TSQL, PL/SQL, and BTEQ.
• Knowledge of data integration, data quality, multi-dimensional design, and ETL tools.
• Experience with SAS (Statistical Analytical System) programming.
• Practical experience in Agile development environments using Scrum or Kanban.
• Ability to manage highly complex application security requirements.
• Experience working within the public sector (Federal, State, or Local Government).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Visio, Project, Excel, and Teams.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with both local and remote teams.

Preferred Skills

• Experience facilitating the resolution of complex technical issues.
