You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical testing execution.

Responsibilities

• Support test automation and performance testing project activities.
• Coordinate requirements and updates between client teams, managers, and business stakeholders.
• Plan, estimate, and manage automation efforts, including smoke and sanity tests.
• Monitor and report test metrics to track quality and progress.
• Develop and implement risk management and mitigation strategies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a technical analytical role.
• Practical understanding of test automation and performance testing methodologies.
• Experience in project planning, estimation, and coordination.
• Ability to define and track test metrics.
• Strong documentation skills for business and client interaction.
• Proven ability to lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Skills

• Basic understanding of Azure DevOps (ADO).
• Familiarity with automation frameworks.
