Bridge business requirements and technical execution through data analysis and lifecycle management.

Responsibilities

• Elicit requirements to generate business requirement documents, Agile user stories, and proof of concept models.
• Analyze datasets to identify gaps and collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve them.
• Liaise with development teams to ensure products meet technical specifications.
• Conduct Behavior-Driven Development (BDD) and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) plans.
• Create and manage project plans, escalating potential delays to the program lead.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst in global organizations.
• Proficiency in SQL for joining tables and aggregating data.
• Experience with data analysis, including reconciliation, validation, and comparing datasets.
• Understanding of data flows, data movement, and ETL processes.
• Strong knowledge of RDBMS and relational databases.
• Established understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• Domain expertise in trade lifecycles and asset classes, including Equity, Fixed Income, Options, and Futures.
• Knowledge of compliance surveillance platforms such as Actimize, MANTAS, or Sungard.
• Understanding of market abuse patterns like wash trades, spoofing, and insider trading.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with IT Project Management using Waterfall or Agile/Scrum.
• Knowledge of trades, positions, and reference data.
• Experience using the Nasdaq SMARTS platform.
