Description

You will own the technical analysis and delivery for enterprise system implementations and enhancements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects for implementing, enhancing, or integrating ERP/enterprise systems.
• Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Translate business needs into system functionality via configuration, workflow design, and limited customization.
• Design and support reports and dashboards to drive operational and strategic decision-making.
• Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, data mappings, and integrations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Technical Business Analyst or Applications Analyst.
• Direct experience with ERP systems such as Workday, Banner, Oracle, SAP, PeopleSoft, or Ellucian Colleague.
• Proficiency in APIs, web services, and data integration best practices.
• Experience designing reports using Cognos, Power BI, or Tableau.
• Ability to translate requirements into technical solutions, designing workflows and supporting integrations.
• Experience supporting and moving on-prem ERP environments to the cloud.
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
