You will act as the bridge between business needs and technical solutions, focusing on the equipment finance lifecycle.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document complex business requirements.
• Model and improve business processes using Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
• Support the equipment finance lifecycle, covering origination through collections.
• Apply business analysis tools and techniques to drive solutions.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Deep understanding of the equipment finance lifecycle (origination, underwriting, closing, servicing, collections).
• Proficiency in process modeling and improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proven ability to elicit and document complex requirements.
• Experience with business analysis tools and techniques.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with loan origination systems (LOS) or lease accounting software.
• Knowledge of equipment finance regulatory requirements.
