Description

You will support software development projects through requirements analysis and technical coordination. You own the migration from Google Services to Office 365, managing discovery, dependencies, and planning.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT integration across systems, applications, and infrastructure to identify overlaps and gaps.
• Lead platform migration from Google Services to Office 365, including dependency assessments and migration planning.
• Gather functional requirements by engaging subject matter experts and translating needs into technical specifications.
• Manage service requests, project documentation, and user acceptance testing to ensure quality standards.
• Conduct impact assessments to identify risks and dependencies, proposing mitigation strategies for data integrity.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps or Jira.
• Technical experience with TFS, RTC, and ALM.
• Ability to analyze business strategies, document specifications, and translate requirements for development teams.
• Experience facilitating user acceptance testing and managing change management activities.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
