Description

You will translate complex healthcare research workflows into precise technical requirements and drive adoption across oncology and bio science teams.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Translate business needs into detailed requirement specification documents using Agile methodology.
• Engage with oncology scientists and healthcare research professionals to understand and document workflows.
• Utilize RWE data to define and generate specific RWE requirements.
• Support change management by evaluating business models and implementing necessary pivots.
• Develop training materials and research content to support user adoption.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in a technical business analysis role.
• Direct experience in Life Sciences, Bio Science, or healthcare sectors.
• Hands-on experience with Jira for task and requirement management.
• Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization.
• Proven experience working with RWE data.
• Strong ability to articulate business needs and present findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience applying Agile methodologies to project lifecycles.
• Background in change management and workflow analysis.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to or interest in Generative AI models.
• Experience creating training and research content for scientific users.
