Description

You will support software development projects through requirements gathering, system integration, and platform migration.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate IT integration efforts across systems, applications, and infrastructure to resolve overlaps.
• Lead the migration from Google Services to Office 365 by defining objectives and maintaining data integrity.
• Gather and document business and functional requirements to create actionable technical specifications.
• Manage service requests, including scope, schedule, and budget estimates, while monitoring project risks.
• Facilitate user acceptance testing and develop comprehensive project documentation and test plans.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in business analysis or technical project support.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Experience working within Agile frameworks, specifically Scrum and Kanban.
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Azure DevOps or JIRA.
• Expertise in requirements gathering, impact assessments, and process optimization.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to translate complex business needs into technical documentation.
• Proven track record of managing stakeholder communications and change management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing large-scale platform migrations or organizational IT integrations.
