You bridge the gap between business units and technical teams to support software development project implementation.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, use cases, and workflow diagrams.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders, development teams, and management to ensure seamless project execution.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Develop user acceptance testing (UAT) strategies and facilitate user demos and training to support change management.
• Conduct business case development, including cost-benefit, risk, and impact analyses.

Required Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Proficiency with Azure DevOps, JIRA, or Microsoft Project.
• Experience using Power BI for project reporting and status monitoring.
• Ability to translate business objectives into technical system requirements and specifications.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with state government operations and processes.
