Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst.
• Deep experience with Java within the cards domain.
• Proficiency in SDLC, Agile, Scrum, Jira, and Confluence.
• Expertise in card products, payment systems, and customer experience management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Knowledge of industry regulations across multiple markets.
• Experience using CRM systems and data analytics platforms.
