Description

You will act as a technical liaison between client areas and the technical organization to solve complex business problems through automated systems.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Build coordination for rule services, JAR file configurations, and branch management.
• Extract and document rule-specific requirements from policy documents, SME interviews, and BRDs.
• Perform qualitative reviews of rule requirement documents to ensure accuracy for Rules Design and business approval.
• Design technical specifications, including Design Point Documents, by analyzing requirements against existing rules.
• Develop tools to manage rule-derived data values and facilitate testing for services and rules.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical business analysis or rule design.
• Proficiency with JIRA and defect management systems for documentation and analysis.
• Experience with JAR file configurations and rule service coordination.
• Strong Data Modeling and Design capabilities.
• Ability to define rule data needs and collaborate with data interface owners.
• Experience in requirements development for internal tools and system decision documentation.
• Proven ability to manage project forecasts, sizing, and milestones.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Drools rule engine.
