Description

Bridge the gap between business requirements and technical implementation within the MS Dynamics 365 ecosystem.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workshops with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and design functional requirements.
• Author user stories, manage integration backlogs, and identify dependencies to sequence production work.
• Map integration patterns to functional usage and perform impact analysis on existing business flows for change requests.
• Manage data migration activities including data analysis, mapping, and harmonization using OOB and third-party tools.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, and user acceptance testing to certify new features.

Required Skills

• 12+ years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 CRM Customer Engagement.
• Deep knowledge of D365 Sales, Service, Dataverse, and Power Apps.
• Proficiency with REST, ODATA Web APIs, and SSIS packages.
• Hands-on experience with middleware tools like MuleSoft for CRM and third-party integrations.
• Expertise in data migration using Azure Data Factory and Dynamics 365 OOB import processes.
• Ability to create use case diagrams, UML sequence diagrams, and Visio flows.
• Experience with CRM administration, workflows, plugins, and form customization.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Banking and Financial Services domain.
• Strong background in requirement validation and system integration testing.
