Description

You will act as a Technical Business Analyst and Scrum Master for Enhanced Dealer Dashboard projects, owning solution delivery and development.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Define and document business and technical requirements, including use cases, risks, and benefits.
• Facilitate EPIC grooming sessions and SCRUM ceremonies, including daily standups with offshore teams.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, process maps, and data pipeline documentation.
• Analyze data to support new initiatives and conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) following incident advisory processes.
• Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience with Cloudera Hadoop ecosystem.
• 3+ years of experience using SQL for data management and analysis.
• Experience working with .NET and JavaScript applications.
• Proficiency in Agile techniques including User Stories, TDD, BDD, and Automated Testing.
• Experience with business process modeling, mapping, and data modeling.
• Strong facilitation skills for stakeholder discovery and requirement gathering.
• Ability to manage remote vendors and offshore resources.
• Knowledge of both Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Testing.
