Description

You will bridge the gap between business requirements and technical execution through requirement gathering, backlog management, and quality assurance.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering and design thinking workshops to define project scope.
• Manage the functional product backlog and maintain detailed functional designs.
• Create, organize, and manage user stories while validating development and test scenarios.
• Design, plan, and execute test cases, including debugging and regression testing.
• Oversee the defect management process and facilitate knowledge transfer between business and technical teams.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the insurance domain (New Business, Claims).
• Proven experience managing 2 to 3 end-to-end project lifecycles as a Business Architect.
• Technical familiarity with Java, Spring Boot, and Angular.
• Experience in test design, test planning, and running test cases.
• Ability to manage changes and conduct regression testing.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Experience providing demonstrations and show-and-tell sessions to business stakeholders.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience acting as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
