Description

You will serve as a technical liaison for letter generation and outbound electronic communication configuration, managing requirements from inception through production deployment.

Responsibilities

• Configure and generate letters using OpenText and in-house solutions.
• Surface, capture, and test requirements across the full development lifecycle.
• Create user stories, test strategies, and detailed test results.
• Document the full lifecycle of changes, defects, and implementation projects.
• Present changes and impact assessments to leadership.

Required Skills

• OpenText Certification (required).
• 10+ years of professional experience.
• Expertise in letter generation for outbound electronic communication.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and oral English communication skills.
• Experience documenting changes and implementation projects.
• Degree in any field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with ServiceNow and Jira.
• Experience with ALM.
