Description

Bridge business requirements and technical execution in a capital markets environment using Python for automation.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements gathering via workshops, document analysis, and interviews to create system specifications.
• Build as-is and to-be process design flows to identify efficiencies and leverage digital resources.
• Partner with stakeholders to break down work, create execution plans, and escalate blockers.
• Document key risks, mitigating controls, performance measures, and business continuity plans.
• Write Python code to automate test scripts and perform software testing.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst on IT projects.
• Strong understanding of Capital Markets investments.
• Python experience in an enterprise environment covering the full development life cycle.
• Experience with WEB solution design, including REST API-based architectures and microservices.
• Proficiency with Agile frameworks and SCRUM.
• Ability to document requirements through User Stories and Software Requirements Specifications (SRS).
• Experience with data visualization tools and technical UML modeling.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the legal sector.
