Description

You will bridge the gap between healthcare business processes and technical implementation, focusing on eligibility, enrollment, provider contract pricing, claims adjudication, billing, and appeals.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Prepare system requirements and technical/functional documents by collaborating with business and technical teams.
• Analyze healthcare process flows including eligibility, enrollment, and claims adjudication.
• Apply technical understanding of SQL and .NET to support system analysis.
• Leverage knowledge of the Facets platform data models, architecture, and process flow from a developer perspective.
• Ensure accurate translation of business needs into technical specifications.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst or System Analyst.
• Strong understanding of healthcare claims processing and billing workflows.
• Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and requirement gathering.
• Technical familiarity with .NET and full-stack concepts.
• Experience with the Facets platform architecture and data models.
• Ability to write clear technical and functional documentation.
• Strong communication skills for working with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
