We are looking for a Technical Business Datat Analyst with a blend of technical, analytical, and project coordination skills to join the Tech Talent Development Analytics Squad. 

In this dual role, you will support data-driven decision-making and talent development strategy through reporting, Agile squad coordination, and business analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand and align with the product vision, roadmap, and strategy.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and support sprint planning and execution.
• Analyze and visualize data using Power BI, Snowflake, SQL Server, and Excel.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to gather and define business requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications for development teams.
• Document business and technical workflows in detail.
• Support squad-level delivery tracking, risk identification, and issue resolution.
• Coordinate and execute UAT and business validation activities during deployments.
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related fields.
• Strong project coordination and business analysis experience.
• Hands-on experience with Power BI, Excel, Snowflake, and SQL.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Ability to manage responsibilities independently and work cross-functionally.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
• Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a technical/business analyst or project management role.
• Experience coding in Python and working with APIs.
• Familiarity with database design, data pipelines, and automation.
• Prior exposure to HR or talent development analytics is a plus.
