Description

You will support data-driven decision-making and talent development strategy through reporting, Agile squad coordination, and business analysis. You align with product vision and roadmap while managing stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and visualize data using Power BI, Snowflake, SQL Server, and Excel.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Document business and technical workflows in detail.
• Coordinate and execute UAT and business validation activities during deployments.
• Support sprint planning, delivery tracking, risk identification, and issue resolution within Agile ceremonies.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in a technical/business analyst or project management role.
• Hands-on proficiency with Power BI, Excel, Snowflake, and SQL.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC processes.
• Experience in project coordination and business analysis.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Experience coding in Python and working with APIs.
• Familiarity with database design, data pipelines, and automation.
