Description

You will bridge client logic and technical implementation by managing the full project lifecycle for complex business deliverables.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate client logic into functional requirements and write FRDs and BRDs.
• Partner with technology teams to ensure accurate implementation of business requirements.
• Coordinate with business stakeholders for user acceptance testing and production go-live.
• Run complex SQL analysis against large datasets to support business decision-making.
• Manage multiple tasks and deliverables under tight deadlines.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a technical business analyst role.
• Mastery level SQL knowledge with ability to run analysis on large datasets.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Experience with Oracle DBMS.
• Strong database design and modeling knowledge, including data integrity and normalization.
• Extensive experience working with large datasets and capital markets products, securities, or price reference data.
• Advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Visio, and PowerPoint.
