Description

You will act as a technical lead bridging business requirements and software delivery within a market data domain.

Responsibilities

• Manage all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, process design, and User Acceptance Testing.
• Create and maintain project documentation such as Business Requirement Documents, Functional Requirement Documents, Data Flow diagrams, use cases, and test cases.
• Own the project backlog and user stories in JIRA, prioritizing deliverables to meet business needs.
• Perform impact analysis on existing systems and data flows for downstream consumers.
• Conduct data analysis and reconciliation using SQL, Excel, and Python to support business users.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of experience in Business and Technical Analysis roles.
• Subject Matter Expertise in Market Data and financial domains.
• Proficiency in writing complex SQL using analytical functions.
• Advanced data analysis capabilities using Excel and Python.
• Experience working within an Agile framework.
• Strong project management and leadership skills.
• Hands-on experience with JIRA for backlog management.
• Ability to perform System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Demonstrated ability to perform impact analysis and data flow modeling.
