Description

Document and reengineer business processes to improve efficiency and support IT project delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and analyze business requirements to guide IT project execution.
• Develop system design documents, including as-is and to-be workflows using Microsoft Excel and Visio.
• Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and support user acceptance testing activities.
• Create training materials, user guides, and assist in end-user training sessions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience as a business analyst in IT projects.
• 3+ years of experience with ERP and/or SIS IT projects, including process mapping and workflows.
• Proficiency in developing business cases, system architecture diagrams, and project charters.
• Experience facilitating requirements elicitation and supporting system testing.
• Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies, including PMP.
• Proficiency in Visio, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Project.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with end-user training delivery.
• Strong documentation skills for system design and workflows.
