You will bridge the gap between business needs and technical implementation through data-driven analysis and process engineering.

Responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for technology initiatives.
• Design and implement technical strategies and data solutions to address business needs.
• Partner with business and technology teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure successful application implementation.
• Manage project schedules and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
• Re-engineer technical processes using quality tools and process definition methods.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Business Systems Data analysis or equivalent combined experience.
• Business Systems Analysis and Requirements Gathering.
• Data Analytics and Systems Analysis.
• Project Management.
• Strong communication skills for facilitating information flow between stakeholders.
• Ability to resolve moderately complex operational and technical challenges.
