You own the technical translation of business needs into functional system requirements.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and Engineers to define and prioritize high-value features.
• Analyze business processes, document workflows, and define actionable requirements and user stories.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), developing test plans and validating deliverables.
• Partner with IT and business teams to align on solution design, data flow, and system integration.
• Ensure solutions adhere to SoX compliance, IT security, and internal audit standards.

Required Skills

• 7+ years experience as a Business Systems Analyst or Technical Business Analyst in enterprise IT programs.
• Strong experience delivering projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Working technical knowledge of Java, PostgreSQL, and AWS, including system architecture understanding.
• Proven ability to analyze complex business processes and document system requirements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills.
• Experience collaborating with global and offshore development teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting Warranty, ERP, or Enterprise Modernization programs.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and Agile lifecycle tools.
