Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Technical Business Systems Analyst to join a dynamic enterprise team. You will bridge the gap between business and technology, translating complex technical concepts into actionable insights and user-centric solutions. This role is ideal for a change agent who thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments and is energised by shaping product direction.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to add value and drive continuous improvement across cross-functional teams
• Translate complex technical concepts — including effort, cost, and system impact — into clear, data-supported recommendations
• Define and document end-to-end data journeys, system workflows, non-happy path scenarios, sequence diagrams, and architecture overviews
• Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications and user stories
• Validate solutions through UAT, test case design, and defect triage
• Participate in agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and prioritisation with Product Owners and Scrum Masters
• Curate and maintain technical artefacts for internal and external stakeholders

Required Skills

• ETL pipelines, RESTful APIs, OAuth tokens, and Postman for integration and testing
• Data modelling, data lineage, and data quality frameworks
• Cloud platforms: Azure, AWS, or GCP; enterprise integration patterns
• Diagramming tools: Visio, Draw.io, or Lucidchart
• SQL, Power BI, and data visualisation/reporting tools
• Microsoft Power Platform: Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, Virtual Agents
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to enterprise systems: Oracle Cloud, ServiceNow, Workday, or Sourcepoint
• Understanding of supply chain, procurement, or finance operations
• Certifications: CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher)
• Previous experience in back-end development, automation, or RPA
