Description

Own solution architecture and technical consulting for a major government service delivery transformation program.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex solution architecture activities, including service design, implementation reviews, and data migration planning.
• Ensure project deliverables align with solution and enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Identify, manage, and coordinate technical risks, dependencies, and constraints across projects.
• Provide technical and architectural guidance to project teams, business units, and stakeholders.
• Prepare and present architecture documentation and design briefs to technical and non-technical audiences.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience delivering architecture services across multiple projects, ideally in government.
• Experience with enterprise architecture frameworks like TOGAF.
• Proficiency in architecture modelling languages such as ArchiMate or UML.
• Experience with SaaS and/or PaaS platforms in enterprise environments.
• Strong experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and cloud-based solutions.
• Experience managing Oracle Autonomous Database environments.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle GoldenGate (Extracts, Distribution Paths, Replicats).
• Strong PL/SQL development and complex query capability.
• Experience with MySQL queries and database environments.
• Experience using Power BI with analytical data sources and strong Excel skills.

Preferred Skills

• TOGAF certification or working knowledge.
• Experience working within enterprise architecture governance environments.
