Description

You will provide end-to-end technical services from onboarding to project closure, maintaining high customer satisfaction. You will design integration solutions, document processes, and support cross-functional teams. You will also prepare white papers and conduct knowledge transfer sessions.

Responsibilities

• Design and document integration requirements for enterprise identity solutions.
• Implement custom adapters and connectors for IGA/IDM tools.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and prepare technical white papers.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure artifact consistency.
• Prioritize high-impact activities and manage multiple project phases.

Required Skills

• 3-6 years of IT enterprise experience in Identity Governance (IGA) or Identity Management (IDM).
• Hands-on expertise with SailPoint IdentityNow, SailPoint IIQ, Okta, or similar IGA/IDM platforms.
• Programming proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, and RESTful Web Services.
• Understanding of JWT, JSON, OAuth, and SAML protocols.
• Experience with SCIM for IDM/IGA products.
• Familiarity with HCM systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
• Ability to work from the Bangalore office during US hours.
