Description

You will lead QA efforts for a ServiceNow implementation, managing test strategy, defect tracking, and client communication.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead client conversations regarding testing requirements and project status.
• Write detailed test cases and review test results for ServiceNow applications.
• Track and manage QA defects through resolution.
• Coordinate testing efforts between developers and client staff.
• Create leadership reporting for project status.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of overall QA experience across various system platforms.
• ServiceNow testing experience is required.
• Solid experience designing and developing ATF test cases in ServiceNow.
• Proficiency in writing comprehensive test cases.
• Experience managing and tracking QA defects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
