Description

You provide front-line technical support and troubleshooting for integration and advertising measurement products to customers and sales teams.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve integration issues and verify unexpected product behavior using advanced technical troubleshooting.
• Escalate new issues to Engineering Support, collaborating to prioritize and manage them for customers.
• Build training content and troubleshooting resources to empower peers.
• Drive customer support and process readiness for new products by collaborating with GTM teams.
• Monitor product quality, escalation trends, and top issues to drive improvement initiatives.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Digital Advertising, Online Media, or a related field.
• 2+ years in Technical Support, Quality Assurance, Product Operations, or Product Management.
• Proficiency with SQL, JavaScript, APIs, HTML, and AJAX.
• Experience with Google Analytics, Jira, and Salesforce.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot and develop solutions for product integration issues.
• Experience delivering technical support for integration and advertising measurement products.

Preferred Skills

• BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
