Description

You will deliver end-to-end technical services for Identity Governance and Management solutions, from onboarding to project closure. This role requires designing integration architectures, implementing custom connectors, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through consistent artifact delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and document integration requirements for enterprise identity solutions.
• Implement custom adapters and connectors for IGA/IDM platforms such as SailPoint or Okta.
• Conduct knowledge transfer sessions and prepare technical white papers for stakeholders.
• Support cross-functional teams to ensure consistency across project artifacts.
• Manage multiple project phases and prioritize high-impact technical activities.

Required Skills

• 3-6 years of IT enterprise experience in Identity Governance (IGA) or Identity Management (IDM).
• Hands-on expertise with SailPoint IdentityNow, SailPoint IIQ, Okta, or similar IGA/IDM platforms.
• Proficiency in Java, JavaScript, HTML, and building RESTful Web Services.
• Deep understanding of JWT, JSON, OAuth, and SAML protocols.
• Experience implementing SCIM for IDM/IGA products.
• Familiarity with HCM systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, or Oracle HCM.
• Ability to work from the Bangalore office during US hours.
