Lead the implementation and optimization of technical solutions for merchandising, pricing, and inventory management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement allocation strategies to align stock levels with business objectives.
• Develop assortment planning initiatives to maximize sales and minimize excess inventory.
• Oversee the selection, implementation, and optimization of pricing and inventory management systems.
• Manage system architecture and integrations with other organizational tools.
• Analyze inventory data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.

Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience implementing tools for merchandising, pricing, and inventory management.
• Deep expertise in allocation and assortment planning methodologies.
• Technical proficiency in managing system architecture and integrations.
• Strong understanding of inventory management principles and best practices.
• Proven project management skills with a track record of leading inventory initiatives.
• Advanced analytical skills for interpreting complex data sets.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Skills

• Master’s degree in a related field.
