Description

You will manage the technical onboarding of large corporate and commercial clients implementing complex Treasury Services products across the US and Canada.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to explain available payment, receipt, and reporting service options.
• Gather technical requirements for the implementation of complex treasury services.
• Act as the primary technical contact and client advocate during the implementation process.
• Coordinate with product teams to ensure effective delivery of technical implementations.
• Manage technically complex client implementations.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical consulting or implementation roles.
• In-depth knowledge of various payments, receipts, and reporting services.
• Practical experience with data transmission protocols, such as sending 200 payments in a single file.
• Foundational knowledge of XML files.
• Understanding of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) processes.
• Knowledge of STP and HTTPS protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting Treasury Sales Officers and Implementation Advisors.
