You will manage the technical onboarding and implementation of complex Treasury Services products for large corporate clients across the US and Canada.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Consult with clients to define and explain payment, receipt, and reporting service options.
• Gather and translate technical requirements for treasury service implementations.
• Act as the primary technical contact and advocate for clients during the implementation lifecycle.
• Coordinate with internal product teams to ensure effective delivery of technical solutions.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in technical consulting or implementation roles.
• In-depth knowledge of payments, receipts, and reporting services.
• Practical experience with data transmission protocols, including batching large volumes (e.g., 200 payments) in single files.
• Foundational knowledge of XML file structures and processing.
• Understanding of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) processes.
• Knowledge of STP (Straight-Through Processing) and HTTPS protocols.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting Treasury Sales Officers and Implementation Advisors.
