You will act as a technical lead to bridge the gap between customer requirements and functional solutions.

Responsibilities

• Review customer technical requirements to understand business needs.
• Propose technical solutions to address specific business problems.
• Deliver and implement chosen technical designs.
• Work closely with stakeholders to ensure solution alignment.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of professional experience in technical consulting.
• ServiceNow modules: ITSM, SPM, ITOM, CSM, and FSM.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript.
• Experience with Web Services.
• Knowledge of HTML and XML.
• Database management experience using MySQL.
• Understanding of COBIT and IT4IT frameworks.

Preferred Skills

• Degree in any graduate field.
